The hands behind the cakes
I baked my first cake at seven, standing on a kitchen stool. By the time I'd finished culinary school in Lyon, I knew exactly what I wanted: to make the kind of cakes people remember for years.
Baked by Buhlenkosi grew out of that same love, right here around Emalahleni. Today it's a small, fiercely dedicated kitchen — but the promise hasn't changed. Everything is made by hand, to order, with ingredients I'd happily feed my own family.
